The Supreme Court is slated to overturn Roe v. Wade in June when its Dobbs v. Jackson ruling is released. When that happens, other states will see abortion ended while California is seeking to become a sanctuary for abortion. Currently, there are 17 bills seeking to expand abortion by: Funding abortion infrastructure as well as airfare, hotels, childcare, gas money, meals for women having abortions Increasing the workforce performing abortions through scholarships, stipends, and allowing nurse practitioners to perform abortions without doctor’s oversight Preventing litigation and protecting the privacy of abortion facilities, workers, and women having abortions
