The Advent Reconciliation Service at Saint Julie Billiart on December 14, 2023, at 7:00 pm is an opportunity for the community to engage in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, a fundamental aspect of our Catholic faith. This event aligns with the Church’s recommendation for Catholics to receive the Sacrament of Penance Reconciliation on a frequent basis. While Catholics are obliged to confess serious sins at least once a year after reaching the age of reason (CIC 989), the Church encourages more frequent participation in this sacrament.

We are now into the sixth week of construction. Footings have been dug and concrete poured for the placement of the gathering space cover and the new entrance. Electricity and water for the gathering space has also been started. Please note that within the next couple of weeks a small portion of the parking lot nearest the office will be trenched for new drainage. Therefore, we will be using the east gate near Bank of America for about a week and half. As always, we thank you for your patience and flexiblity during construction, especially these next weeks. As always, if you have any questions, please contact me at don@stjulieschurch.org
