St. Julie Billiart Music Ministry: Sing! Praise! Glorify Our Lord!

Do you love to sing? Play an instrument? Use your gift to worship and give thanks to the Lord! The Music Ministry at St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church welcomes all to share their voices, instruments, time, and talent in service to our community.

Whether you're a seasoned musician or simply enjoy praising through song, we invite you to join one of our dedicated groups for Mass. Your participation in the Music Ministry brings our liturgies to life, and we would love for you to be part of this joyful service!

Music Ministry Schedule

Masses:

• 10:00 AM - Choir & Band
• 12:00 PM - Vocal/Instrument Ensemble
• 5:00 PM - Youth & Confirmation Mass

Rehearsals:

Our rehearsals are held every Thursday throughout the year. Below are the upcoming rehearsal dates:

2024:

• October: 3, 10, 17, 24
• November: 7, 14, 21
• December: 5, 12, 19 (Winter break follows)

2025:

• January: 30
• February: 6, 13, 20, 27
• March: 6, 13, 20, 27
• April: 3, 10 (Spring break follows)
• May: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
• June: 5, 12, 19 (Summer break follows)

Parents: Get Your Youth Involved!

Enrolling your teen in Music Ministry is an excellent way to help them grow musically and spiritually. It's the perfect complement to their music and band lessons, and Confirmation students can earn service hours for participating! Our young musicians are not just the future of our Church—they are the present, actively shaping the worship experience.

All are welcome! Whether you’re a vocalist, instrumentalist, or both, we’d love to have you join us in raising our voices and instruments in praise of our Lord.
