Funeral Planning

Funeral planning representatives help with the preparation of your loved one’s funeral Mass or memorial service at St. Julie’s. A planner will meet with and guide you in making selections of scripture readings, prayers, and other related choices. The planner will coordinate with parish staff, clergy and other participants, and assist on the day of the service.

Celebration of Life (Reception)

The Helping Hands Ministry offers to plan, coordinate, and host a celebration of life reception following your loved one’s Mas or service. The ministry provides monthly care notes of encouragement and prayers, in addition to other acts of support and comfort.

After the Funeral

Seasons of Hope is 6-week faith-based support group for those grieving the loss of a loved one. A nationally recognized Catholic-based bereavement program, the series provides the grieving loved one an opportunity to gather for support and to explore mourning through scripture, prayers, reflection activities, and faith sharing. Seasons of Hope is a series of six 2-hour sessions.

One-to-One Care: Stephen Ministry

The death of a loved one frequently leads experiences beyond grief. Such experiences include loneliness, isolation, financial adjustments, and spiritual crisis. Stephen Ministry provides confidential one-to-one care to those dealing with these and/or other life events.
