A Prayer for Grandparents

Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts,
Thankful for the gift of our grandparents,
Who, like St. Anne and St. Joachim,
Have shown us the way of faith, hope, and love.

Bless our grandparents with health and peace,
Grant them strength in their days,
And surround them with Your loving care.
May their wisdom and experience
Guide us in our own journey of faith.

Lord, we ask You to reward their sacrifices
And fill their hearts with joy.
May they continue to be a source of light,
Reflecting Your love to all around them.

Just as St. Anne and St. Joachim nurtured the Blessed Virgin Mary,
May our grandparents continue to nurture us
With patience, kindness, and unwavering faith.

Through the intercession of St. Anne and St. Joachim,
May our families grow in love and unity,
And may we always cherish the beautiful gift
Of our grandparents' enduring presence in our lives.

We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
